Viewing Announcement

When reporting a problem involving the Username and Password of a student or staff member, please remember to include in your request the following details:

- Affected persons First Name and Surname
- Affected persons current Username
- Affected persons current Password (or at least what they think their password is)
- The grade the affected person is in (if applicable)
